Computers, unlike sunlight have different screen lights and this artificial light is wreaking the human life cycle and making insomnia more severe. Computer screens have something called blue lights which ranges from 380 nm (nanometer) to 200nm from an invisible spectrum which causes bad affect to our body thinking that it is still daytime. So blue computer screens at night restrains melatonin that a hormone regulates the sleep, increasing health risks for humans according to the NIH (National Institutes for Health).
